Moose Safari – Search for the King of the Swedish Forest

Join us on a memorable wildlife adventure through the beautiful landscapes of Swedish Lapland in search of the majestic moose – the King of the Swedish Forest.

After pickup from your accommodation in Jukkasjärvi or Kiruna, we drive through the scenic river valley with breathtaking views towards Sweden's highest mountain, Kebnekaise. As winter approaches, many animals leave the exposed mountain terrain and move into the forests, where they find shelter and food. This gives us an excellent opportunity to spot moose in their natural habitat.

Along the way, we stop at carefully selected locations to look for wildlife while your guide shares fascinating stories about the local nature, wildlife, culture, and history. Keep your camera ready—you may also encounter reindeer, mountain hares, foxes, or a variety of birds.

Enjoy a hot drink during the tour while taking in the peaceful Arctic wilderness.

• Duration: 09:00 – approximately 13:00 (around 4 hours)
• Pickup & Drop-off: Included from your accommodation in Jukkasjärvi or Kiruna
• Group Size: Minimum 4, maximum 8 participants
• Minimum Age: 7 years
• Price: SEK 1,695 per person
• Included: Professional guide, transfers to/from your accommodation, and a hot drink.
