In case of snowstorm/harsh weather or too low number of participants we

will cancel the tour. Stay updated with the guide on the same day.

Experience the Arctic night on an exclusive Auroa chase by minibus and a guided 3-hour hike in search of the Northern Lights. We pick you up at your accommodation in Jukkas/Kiruna for the journey to Abisko. From Torneriver Valley in the forest landscape up towards the Swedish mountains lies the world famous Abisko. During the journey you will have the opportunity to view the Northern Lights if they appear.Together with an experienced guide and some playful husky puppies we hike through the Abisko Valley. Along the way, we stop at scenic places, perfect for night photography. Depending on the snow conditions, we hike with or without snowshoes to reach the viewpoint.

Along the way we stop at a traditional lavvu (tip-tent) where you can warm yourself by the open fire, enjoy a hot drink and spend time with the puppies before continuing the hike under the Arctic night sky.

Important information: The hike takes place in varying terrain and the weather can change quickly. Guests should be comfortable walking in snow and on uneven terrain, but the place will be adjusted to the group. Please write in your booking if you have any allergies.
