After pickup at your accommodation in Abisko - Kiruna - Jukkasjärvi by minibus/van, your Arctic adventure begins as we drive to the sauna on the lake. Out in the darkness on the lake lies the exclusive but traditionally simply built wooden sauna. In the anteroom we undress and then enter the sauna. We sauna according to the Scandinavian sauna culture. Here we are naked in the sauna but it is not a compulsion and swimwear is allowed. We change in a unisex changing room.

Once inside the wood-fired sauna, our guide will guide the ice bath for those who want to participate in that activity. There is also the opportunity to cool off in the arctic snow under the starry sky with the possibility of seeing the northern lights! Take the opportunity to sauna in a very unique way under safe circumstances by an experienced sauna enthusiast.

Bring a change of clothes and any clothes for the sauna. Towel included.
